Spooky Nutter Butter ghost cookies.

Happy Halloween everyone! And in honor of Halloween, what better way to celebrate, besides trick-or-treating, than by eating delicious treats! This is probably one the easiest things to do that is so much fun and creative! Plus there is no baking or cooking basically going on. (YES!) How about Nutter Butter ghosts to be festive? Well this little recipe will be your go to Halloween treat for many years to come and of course the kids will love it.

Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies

Ingredients:

1 package Nutter Butters
White chocolate
Chocolate chips

Directions:

Simply melt white chocolate in a double boiler or some variation or the microwave. After chocolate has melted, dip Nutter Butter in white chocolate until well coated. Let cool for a few moments then add the chocolate chips (2 making eyes and if desired on chocolate chip for the mouth). (What I usually do is dip and coat all cookies in the white chocolate and then place the chocolate chips on the ghosts, so by the time I have finished all the dipping the cookies have had time to cool) Let cool completely by placing in fridge or freezer. And voila! You have your ghosts for a frighteningly easy treat!

Again have a very spooky and happy Halloween!
